Bookings are deemed to be placed with Whizzwash steam. Bookings can also be made by calling to the company’s mobile number and by speaking to the respective person. Whizzwash steam reserves the right to cancel the order based on the availability.
Payment can be made through cash /UPI/Internet banking/ Credit/Debit card. You are required to clear the payment after the service is completed, any amount unpaid may result in retaining your vehicle and not releasing it until the total amount is paid.
The amount mentioned in the website for your selected vehicle type should be paid without any bargaining. There will be no alter in the price mentioned in the website.
All our prices are listed in the website service menu, We reserve all rights to change the prices without any prior information.
Any payment or booking information shared with us will only be used by us, and will not be shared with any organization.
The Service booking order cannot be cancelled on the date of issue of service, minimum service charges i.e. 20% of total payment will be deducted if done so.
COUPONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS:
Coupons codes, if any available should be applied before the services are booked. No discounts or coupons will be entertained after the issue of service or at the time of payment.
11 P.M TO 4 A.M- SERVICES
The services which are provided from night 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. will abide the following conditions:
1. We provide prolonged service at the place of service being issued.
2. No online booking will be taken or attended from 11pm -4am.
3. Loyal customers will be given service between 11pm to 4am only on call booking basis, the booking should be made

1. The amount once paid is not refundable.
2. The defects, damages and weakness of your vehicle known to you must be disclosed with our service personnel, prior to our service.
3. Our expert team and personnel are not answerable for the damages of your vehicle prior to our service.

5. You will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff in regard to any defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.
6. Customer is sole responsible for checking his/her car after the service is done, no complaints and questions will be attended after our van leaves the workplace.
7. We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession.
8. Older cars may have weaker plastics and we agree to provide the services at your risk in respect of vehicles over 5 years old.

10. Our service personnel will strictly do or perform the services ordered or booked, no additional works will be performed by us.
11. The price mentioned in the service menu should be paid by the customer, there will be no decrease in the amount to be paid or any negotiations will be encouraged.
12. The service once booked cannot be altered or changed at the place of offering.
13. The service may exceed its scheduled time depending upon the service opted and on vehicle condition.
